Recap : Maharaja Lawak 2011 Week 8 - May 20, 2011

First of all, I think this program (Maharaja Lawak) is very entertaining. It was genius to have Datuk AC Mizal as host and to bring some emotional moments to the show. And the remaining contestants are awesome in making brilliant jokes every week and absolutely they deserve to be on this stage! They’re super-talented and you can tell they all get along - they’re not just there to compete, they want to have fun, take it all in and learn from each other. It’s not all about the contest but it is about sharing ideas. Most of the contestants were experienced performing on stage.

After Amir has been eliminated last week, the competition going up to the climax. I am very sure that all the remaining comedians working very hard in order to stay in the safe zone. But the top 6 are also super stressed out, and it’s hard to think about yourself as an artist because you’re also thinking about the fans, what the people want, what the judges are going to say, and you’re so close to the grand finale.

Of course, the other stars every night were Mamat Khalid, Ahmad Idham and Saiful Apek who are incredible judges. I think the contestants are some lucky punks to be getting direction from these three experienced judges. They shown up every week being who they are as artist, advisor, professional comedians etc. and really set an example. And their critics are useful advices how to be a great performer in comedy's field. 

Maharaja Lawak is a great reality performing talent show. I think this program is the best entertainment show to be watched with whole family members even sometimes there is double meaning humor performed by the contestants. The concept and reason of this program is to find and finalize, who is the best among the best. So don't miss to watch Jozan, Nabil, Jambu, Sepah, Balas and Man to perform this week on Friday night.

As you may concern, Maharaja Lawak brought to you by Astro on Warna Channel. I am pretty sure that not all of voters and fans subscribe to Mustika package. But don't worry, you can still watch the show on Youtube. Thanks a lot to all "Youtubers" who uploaded the videos of this show every week.
